Exchange Policy: 

At Pulse Scrubs E-shop, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction and ensure a smooth shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, you may need to exchange an item due to size or style issues. Therefore, we have established an exchange policy to accommodate such situations. 1. Exchange Eligibility:

• We accept exchanges within 3 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we are unable to process any exchanges.

• The item(s) must be in new, unworn, and undamaged condition. It should be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

2. Excluded Items:

• For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for worn or washed scrubs, undergarments, or any items that have been altered or customized.

• Clearance or discounted items are also not eligible for exchanges.

3. Exchange Procedure:

• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within the eligible time frame, either by phone or email. Provide them with your order details, including the item(s) you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.

• Our customer support team will guide you through the process.

• After receiving, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.

• Deliver the package back to us. The shipping cost for the return will be your responsibility.

• Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your exchange.

4. Exchange Options:

• You may exchange the item(s) for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.

• If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s). The store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

5. Shipping Costs:

• For exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the return shipping of the item(s) and the shipping of the exchanged item(s).

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Please note that our exchange policy applies only to exchanges. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
